Stephanie is a transplanted Yankee, coming to NC form NY as a trailing spouse in 1995. She earned her NY real estate license in 1982 after a fifteen year career in the nursing and human services field. She received he NC license in 1996 and became a Broker in 1997. In the last few years, she has received her Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), her Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and e-Pro internet marketing designations. Stephanie remains active in the community volunteering whenever possible with Special Olympics, NC Wildlife Federation, Holly Springs Garden Club and Apex United Methodist Church. Beth Iannone, Broker, REALTOR, ABR, SRES, e-Pro
Beth is a native of NC. She grew up in Asheville, but has lived in the Triangle for over 30 years. A graduate of North Carolina State University, she worked as a textile chemist for ten years. Beth got her real estate license in 1996 and her Brokers license in 2002. Since then she has also received her Accredited Buyers Representaive (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and e-Pro internet marketing designations. She enjoys learning about every part of the real estate trasaction. Beth is a NC State-Registered Trainee Real Estate Appraiser and a NC licensed mortgage loan officer. Veronika Bohuczky, REALTOR, BROKER, TRC
Veronika Bohuczky moved to the United States from Czechoslovakia in 1991. She lived in Virginia with her husband and worked in the public school system as a teacher/translater for several years. Her husband, Steve, received a job transfer in the late 90's and they moved to Atlanta Georgia where Veronika home schooled her 2 children.
As another happy transplant to North Carolina, she received her Broker's license in 2005 and her Transnational Real Estate Certification in 2009. When Veronika is not busy with her career, she is a supportive parent of an active high schooler. She enjoys gardening, traveling, reading and volunteering with local causes.
