In an effort to be a Green company Terra Mater Realty we use 100% recycled paper for marketing and contracts, use electronic documents whenever possible, purchase marketing and other business materials from green companies and suppliers and offset our conventional energy use by purchasing 100% wind energy via Renewable Energy Credits. Many of our agents are working toward "green" real estate certifications.
Outside a Green Real Estate Company
Often home owner's are willing to make changes to their home when they are getting ready to put it on the market or when they have just moved into their new home. This is the perfect opportunity for us to discuss changes that can be both environmentally friendly and cost effective. We offer tips to interested clients that help identify what changes can be made to their homes to make them more energy efficient.
